What is CrossFit by definition? It is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. What does that mean? It means, our workouts will challenge your endurance, stamina, and your strength through a variety of workouts! Now, any CrossFit gym should be able to tell you the definition of CrossFit and program a challenging workout, but not all CrossFit gyms are created equal. What is he difference? The difference at USF CrossFit, whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or you’re a pro, we make sure every single person gets coached and learns how to do each movement correctly. Our gym was founded by some of the best strength and movement coaches in the country who see a need for proper movement coaching within such a great community. We will help any member to make the workout their own with proper modifications and movement mechanics! There is no fitness level that is exempt. Though everyone does the same workout, it can be done in many different ways. Let us help you reach your health and fitness goals! At USF CrossFit, you will be coached, we will care about you, and each day you come in, you will leave with something that made you grow!
