This is a 52 week template program designed to take you through various phases in order to progress your strength in the squat, bench, and deadlift. It will be sent to you weekly and is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build your strength for the long term. In the event of a planned competition, communicate this to us and a peaking block can be sent in accordance with the timing of your meet.
